I reached a point where I realised no matter how many tools, books, or people I turned to, the work I was doing just wasn’t cutting it. My stress and anxiety had built up over years – it pushed me to achieve a lot, but I found myself in a place where I couldn’t balance it all without it taking a big toll on my energy and general happiness.
I’ve worked in health and fitness for years, helping clients transform their physical health. So I thought I could just follow my own advice, but it wasn’t working.
The more I tried to think my way out of my anxiety, the worse it got. When I met Liisa, she didn’t pry or push, but gave me the tools and space to figure things out. It was about small, simple actions – 2 or 3 things to work on today or tomorrow. And it turns out the stuff I really had been avoiding, brought about the biggest results.
Combined with the guided breathwork, it was a life changing programme with her. I also kept up the work whilst travelling.
I’ve learnt so much, and I’m beyond grateful for the peace of mind I’ve found through her help. I didn't need 'saving' or pulling out of a hole in my life. I just wanted to make sure that I could sustain and enjoy the career/lifestyle I had spent years trying to create for myself.
