French Native Psychologist
Job Description:
We are seeking a French natuve psychologist with training in Developmental & Child Psychology and experience in French public institutions. The successful candidate will lead our French Psychology department as well as our Paediatrics Psychology department. As a key member of our practice, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy, and support services to children, teenagers, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for learning disabilities, ADHD, giftedness, and other developmental concerns, in French and English
- Provide individual therapy for children, teenagers, and adults in French and English, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Stay current with best practices and emerging therapies in the field of developmental psychology
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Specialization in Developmental & Child Psychology with experience in conducting psycho-educational assessments
- Native French and full professional proficiency in English
- Experience in French public institutions
- Excellence in evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages

Receptionist
Job Description:
We are a wellness clinic with 2 clinics: Central & Stanley (near Stanley Market).
We are looking for a part-time or full-time receptionist to join our administration team to work shifts at our Central and Stanley locations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointment for patients
- Updating and manging patient details
- Processing patient payments and invoicing
- Managing patient inquiries in person, on the phone and via email
- Managing the clinic dispensary and product stock
- Ad hoc general administration tasks (e.g.: filing, scanning)
The successful candidate should fulfil the following requirements:
- Ability to legally work in Hong Kong
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience
- Native/Proficiency English Speaker (Cantonese is preferred)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, sensitive manner with patients of all ages and their families
- Proficient in Mac, including Word for Mac, PowerPoint, Excel and social media platforms
- Polite, detailed-minded, well-organized and an excellent team player
- Pro-active, responsible and willing to learn
- Flexible schedule and Immediately available is highly preferred
