Shreeja is a dedicated osteopath with a comprehensive educational background, having completed both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Sri Sri University, the only institution in Asia offering osteopathy education. She is trained in various specialized areas including cranial, visceral, musculoskeletal, pediatric, pre/postnatal, and geriatric osteopathy.

Shreeja embraces a holistic and integrative approach to health, firmly believing that the function of the body is intrinsically linked to its structure. She supports the body's natural ability to heal itself by helping it find balance. Her practice is enriched by her background as a meditation and mind management coach, classical dancer, and yoga trainer. Additionally, she incorporates marma and acupressure techniques into her treatments.

Her academic pursuits include a completed thesis on post-traumatic stress disorder and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), reflecting her commitment to understanding complex health issues.
