We are thrilled to announce experienced osteopath Emma Le Roux has joined our team! With extensive training in cranial, pre/postnatal, and paediatric osteopathy, Emma brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of how to support mothers and babies. As a mother of two, she knows firsthand the vital role osteopathy plays in recovery and helping little ones thrive.
Emma graduated with a master's degree in osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy, where she also underwent in-depth training in prenatal, pediatric, and cranial osteopathy. Emma, a mother of two, is aware of the critical role osteopathy plays in supporting a mother's recuperation and in assisting babies in thriving following the stress of delivery, thereby enhancing their ability to adjust to life outside the womb. Her method is to assist the body's natural ability to self-regulate; rather than "fixing" bodily components, she helps the body regain balance, which speeds up the healing process. Emma's approach to treating the full person and seeing beyond the symptoms has been informed by her education in movement and her experience teaching yoga since 2008. assisting her patients in feeling more centered, at ease, and embodied while in her care.
