Nutritionist-Recommended Detox Water to Boost Immunity

Gooseberry & Chia Detox Water
Single serving
Ingredients:
- 500ml water (room temp.)
- 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
- 1 small chopped Gooseberry
- 3-4 slices of Ginger
- Few Sprigs of Mint Leaves
- 1 pinch of Pink salt
- 1/4 tablespoon of Jaggery powder
Method:
- Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass jar of 500ml of water (room temp.) for 5 minutes
- Add all the ingredients (1 small chopped gooseberry, 3-4 slices of ginger, a few sprigs of mint leaves, a pinch of pink salt, 1/4th tablespoon of jaggery powder
- Mix it well and let it rest for at least 45 minutesl
